This Vendor Showcase will be held right here at the Mylan Park Center and is open to all beekeepers in our area, providing a vibrant platform for networking, discovering new resources, and preparing for the 2025 season. Vendors in the beekeeping community will be showcasing their products, offering insights, and creating a dynamic space for knowledge-sharing.

Bee City USA - Annual Westover Upkeep Project

Have you heard the buzz? The City of Westover, WV is proud to say that we are a Bee City USA! This means that we, as a city, made a promise to sustain pollinators, in particular the more than 3,600 species of native bees in this country (over 100 in West Virginia), by increasing the abundance of native plants, providing nest sites, and reducing the use of pesticides.

As a part of our ongoing commitment to Bee City USA and to the City of Westover, on June 7, 2025 we will be kicking off our first project of the year- the annual Westover Pollinator Triangle and City Park upkeep project and we want you to be involved! From donations, to social media shout-outs, to coming out to help the cause for a few hours, there’s nothing too small to show your support for Bee City USA!
