MonCo. BA Beginner Class and Vendor Showcase

Vendor Showcase- April 6, 2025 (9AM-4PM)

Class- March 16 & 23, 2025 (1PM-4PM)

Our upcoming Beginner’s Class is scheduled for March 16 and 23, 2024. We anticipate between 70-100 participants eager to kickstart their beekeeping journey. In an effort to enrich the experience for our attendees, we are reaching out to suppliers like yourself, seeking your support in providing equipment and/or educational materials that we can use as door prizes and for supplemental education during the class. For the second year we are proud to sponsor a Vendor Showcase in conjunction with our class. The showcase will take place on April 6 from 9AM- 4PM. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase your products and services to a broader audience, as the vendor show will be open to all beekeepers in our area (we expect 200+ attendees throughout the day). This inclusive approach aims to give local beekeepers the chance to prepare for the upcoming 2025 season by exploring and acquiring essential beekeeping equipment. GOLD VENDOR/SPONSOR  ($200)= three 8’ tables

  • Choice of booth location (selected in order of sponsorship level and date of registration)

  • 1 guaranteed vendor spotlight announcement during the Showcase

PLATINUM VENDOR/SPONSOR  ($250+) Includes all GOLD level benefits plus:

  • Choice of booth location (selected in order of sponsorship level and date of registration)

  • 2 guaranteed vendor spotlight announcements during the Showcase

Note: Availability at the Gold Level and above may be limited and will be filled on a first-come basis.
